Strike Martial Arts Training System incorporates taekwondo, self-defense training, life skills education, and physical fitness into a life-changing workout suitable for all ages.

Taekwondo

Much of our martial arts system is based in the Korean martial art of taekwondo. Originating in postwar South Korea, taekwondo arrived to American shores in the early 1970s. Today, taekwondo is the most widely practiced martial arts form in the world.
